These sessions have been inspired by my interest and personal & professional experience in what is holding us back from embodying and expressing our authentic selves to the world.
Informed by my trainings in Psychology, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Laban/Bartenieff Movement System, Somatic Experiencing, Meditation, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Non-violent Communication. Each session is unique as the person I’m working with.

What to expect?
During our sessions we will be practicing being present while exploring any aspect of your life you wish to, using the context of creative dance & mindful movement, mindfulness, expressive arts and embodied practices
You can expect:
• The elements of breathing & mindfulness & dance movement exercises;
• Authentic movement and improvisation;
• Using movement as a metaphor;
• Using observation and analysis of movement to deepen the understanding of your inner experience (body-emotion-thought-action-relationships awareness);
• Using creative processes and visualizations;
• Using visual arts, music and poetry to enrich and support your experience;
• Verbal reflection to integrate the movement with life experience.
